Email Sending Policy – Overview
This policy outlines the requirements and restrictions for sending emails through our infrastructure.
Scope
All customers who use our servers or IP space to send email, including transactional, marketing, and bulk messaging.
Core Rules
- If you intend to distribute bulk or marketing emails from any of our IP addresses, you must obtain prior written approval from our abuse desk by providing proof of recipient consent and campaign details.
- Unapproved bulk email traffic detected on port 25 will be immediately blocked to protect network reputation.
- After a block, open a ticket with our compliance team to request port 25 whitelisting. Approval is subject to verification of mailing practices and list hygiene.
